
There is no greater passion of mine than guest experience. In a hospitality world, that may be expected, but as a director, I believe my guests are my employees. It is my goal and passion to make them the best individuals they can be. There is no greater reward than being the reason that someone exceeds their own expectations.
A Summary of my experience.
I have spent nine incredible years honing my leadership skills and exploring creative solutions. I do not acknowledge the impossible. Instead, I ask how. How can we make a safe Santa experience during Covid and keep all of the traditions that our repeat guests love? How can I save my department $110k in my first year as director, how can I turn an underperforming cast member into a driver? How can I create new revenue streams, when the world has eliminated my traditional avenues?
Leadership is not always knowing the answers, but the willingness to create an answer out of nothing.
I have worked for the two corporate giants of my industry, balancing the needs of each one and developing their restrictions into opportunities. This means being able to showcase Sheraton and Westin Brands when Disney does not allow branding. This means reviving a brand program that its previous ambassador believed impossible. That was not enough. I then generated thousands of dollars in savings through donated products designed to improve the experience. These are just a few examples of my strategic and adaptable mind.
I am the voice of my employees and my company. I work along-side them, and for them. I am a company ambassador and a passionate professional.
