Crucial Conversations
There will always be uncomfortable conversations that we face in our personal and professional lives. This certification provided the skills necessary to guide each and every conversation into a productive one.
I also utilize this coursework to assist cast members in empowering themselves to solve inter-office issues. Giving them the confidence they need to ask the right questions and communicate their needs.
I have upheld this certification since August 2016. I have been recertified in 2018 and 2020. I have successfully certified well over 50 students, and have real-life experience in all three categories.
The goal at the end of each teaching cycle is to know that the people I certify could use this training to save me or someone I love. Each trainee receives specific, but consistent feedback to aid them in passing the class.
ASL Level 1A
This fantastic learning experience, provided by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, allowed me to communicate with a whole new group of people and experience a subculture I had never had the privilege to experience before.
I had nearly completed 1B, however, that was early 2020.
